Schools done with for the summer. This has resulted in an overabundance of free time. So, anyway, you would think that Id be online a bit more I guess I havent been feeling sociable. But for the next two months or so, I should be here. A lot.

Hell you couldn't fit the width and breadth of anybody's work into 16 minutes.. it's too short. Why don't you try focusing on a specific part of his work and how it was important? His use of cut-up techniques in music or his revolutionary incorporation of the synclavier or the wah-wah pedal would be good examples. (Hendrix said that Zappa was the first to use the wah-wah and showed it to him)

I'm going to avoid Hulk. It's not so much the movie as I just don't like crowds. I'll see it eventually. Pity it's PG-13, though.

I got threw most of 28 Days Later, but I had to go to class before it finished. Class consists of watching Ed Sullivan re-runs. But, as a change of pace we watched Ed Sullivan AND Elvis live from Hawaii. Somehow, I couldnt get back into the Zombie movie mood.
I am currently convinced that Ed Sullivan was a walking talking caricature of himself.

Equilibrium was pretty bad-ass. I don't know if it's better than the Matrix, though. Basically, it comes down to this: If you like one, you'll probably like the other. Stylistically, they're very similar (very black-and-white, with lots of kung-fu and gunfights). Plotwise, they're both ripping off of science fiction, although Matrix is ripping off cyberpunk in general, and Equilibrium is more of a Ray Bradbury knock-off.
I'd take the chick from Equilibrium over Trinity, though. There's your tie-breaker.

I just downloaded the shaky-cam version of 28 Days Later. This actually the second time I downloaded it, but the first time it was really the Ali G movie. Maybe it will help me get into this.
