So...the last 14 months of my life have been full of changes and challenges and I find myself at crossroads of sorts. I've been thinking a lot about the future which has made me look at the past quite a bit. I was told a few months back to go back to doing what it is that I love. So, I've been back to making...

I wish you lots of luck smile

Good Luck Dude.

I'll give you a bit of advice, it always makes me feel better when I am feeling down.

No matter how bad things get, it could be worse. You could be Josh Koscheck! biggrin

Evidently, I'm going straight to Hell. Do not pass "GO". Do not collect $200.

I found this Dante's Inferno Hell Test. It's loosely based on the levels hell from the book. I've been banished to the second level of hell, which is where the lustful people go. What a surprise...or not. Anyways, it was mildly amusing to me, so I thought I'd share. Here are...

I had something happen to me today and I can't quite put the way I feel about it into words. First, a little background on me:

I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. Never even tried it. My outlet and the thing that saved my life (literally) was always music. I was a trumpet player growing up and I was pretty fucking good. So, obviously...

Holy freakin' God!

Today may possibly have been the longest day of my life. Between driving to Columbus, waiting at the doctor's office, then driving home, I was gone for 11 hours. AAAAARRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!! I spent the day waiting. That's allI did. I waited.

We got mixed news, too. My mom's cancer has not gotten any worse, which is fantastic. The bad part was she was...

Blog entry # 1. w00t!

So this is officially my first blog entry here, which is fantastic because I have nothing to write about. Insomnia and boredom have led me to launch this here blog.

I haven't been here long and already I've met a handful of cool new people. Pretty sweet. Got some great book recommendations. Was led to a band geek group. Awesome...

always nice to meet another Clevelander around here.

looks like you're really into music and concerts. strange first question here, but do you know anyone with Flaming Lips tickets at the Agora that they are looking to get rid of? cause if you do, i'm the guy for them.

enjoy the site, don't expect a lot out of the Cleveland SG group, not the most active group of people.

Congratulations and welcome to the blogosphere. biggrin

In case you hadn't seen this, here's a little YouTube bit from the LRSD. It's a night gig, home video (so it's pretty blurry and poorly lit) but we played this show with only a third of our members showing up. mad It's not a great video to watch, but even so, it gives you a feel for our sound. Instrumentation is strictly snares, single tenors, Scottish bass drums and cymbals. Yeah, it's a bang fest under the bridge.

See you around!
