I know. The knowledge gives me peace. Peace makes the fight easier, though the enemy is powerful, and devious in his attack.

I know. Because I know, I can no longer believe. He who believes, abdicates from thinking. Knowledge can be tested.

Faulty knowledge can be replaced by better knowledge. Faith, once shattered, leaves nothing.

What is known is not feared. It can be prevented, or planned against. It is the unknown that brings fear.

Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing......Only I will remain
