after one week of classes....

I'm behind on my reading because i didn't have the money to buy my books on time and i still haven't bought the two for my "artist as writer" class. I was supposed to get a check for tuition refund on friday, but...

Luckily monday is a holday and I should be caught up before tuesday.

My two brothers are very talented artists. Especially my older brother. It pisses me off because on the surface it appears to be so effortless. I don't know. Wishful thinking, I reckon.

I went to a lunch for families of new students at The Art Achademy of Cincinnati at 11(peeps kept asking me which student was my child) then filmed a "live" video of a band called "low Key". It went well. We used 3 canon GL1's.

"Manditory freshman orientation" at school tommorrow and tuesday. FUN FUN FUN A 40 Y.O. freshman with grey hair.

I had a location shoot at the test kitchen of the LaRosa's pizza chain with the company founder, Buddy LaRosa. It was for a show I direct called "let's talk small Business" It was a four camera shoot so it was a little challenging, but went very well and two of the panelists asked me to do some graphic design work for them.

I start school in a couple weeks. I'm a little nervous...all those bright young kids full of energy. I hope I can keep up. Working and going to school is going to be hard. I'm cutting way back on the number of shows I'm directing and I've told everyone that I won't be editing any more shows, no time.

I have done alittle of this & that in Photoshop, but I don't know the program well enough to be very good yet. I did do afew SG banners & a wallpaper that got accepted & there were afew that weren't, although I don't know why not because they rule... lol. Anyway, I think they are in my picture folders still on here.

Yeah, that is about the extent of my digital art though. Well, for now at least.
