ooo please do! there are 2 sequels which are very entertaining but the first one i just love so much. the director/creator was SO passionate about making the movie he called in favors and borrowed any bit of money he could get from anyone because he wanted to make it so badly. they had run out of money during filming and everything. when you see it, watch for the scene when the main character is in his hotel room and has cash, that cash they show is the films remaining budget!!! i cant help but respect anyone who worked as hard as he did for as little as he had and could get to make his art.  it wasnt aboput making money like most hollywood shit is now, he just wanted to make it and finish it.     last i checked they had it on netflix a couple months ago, if it isnt there anymore you can see it here for free http://www.vidoevo.com/yvideo.php?i=eHNHWnlpcWuRpbHBMYjg&basket-case-1982-full-video
