I've really hurt my back and its got to the point that even laying down hurts! I'm just never comfortable and it's wearing me out so much! Hopefully it'll ease up soon.

rent a hospital bed (which may be difficult at the moment) but they are usually clean, cheap and the adjustments they make can help ease a bad back tremendously! i know - i have 15 cracked vertebrae. also a TENS unit = creates neural white noise. also regulating your fluid intake - too much or too little makes the kidneys mad and that has consequences for your lower back muscles.
