We didn't get the apartment. Two noise complaints in two years and no one is going to rent us an apartment. I can't stop crying. I keep picturing myself sitting on a street corner with my dog and a sign that says "I'll be quiet if you give me a dollar".

Even if things didnt work out with that apartment, you seem to be keeping your spirits up, so that's good. smile I'd say that what was said is probably the right way to go. They cant enforce their eviction on the little documentation and timeframe they have currently given you, so take your time and find a new place that will really work for you. Above all, dont worry yourself overmuch about it! frown That never does anyone any good.

It was definitely cool to meet you though. Even with shitty stuff like that going on, you seem to be a pretty upbeat person. biggrin That rocks.

I got evicted today. We have 10 days to find a new place. The ridiculous part is that we're getting evicted for a noise complaint from Monday morning at 2:30am. We were sleeping. Yea.
