I'm really sorry, I can sympathize with you. What even sucks more is when they lose your check, then call you three weeks after it was due and tell you that you never sent it to them, so then you have to put a stop payment on the first check, which costs you 20 dollars, and then you have to write a whole new check, and then they end up trying to cash the first check and then the second check as well. Landlords are generally pretty big shits. Hope things get better for you.
