i'm only turning 29 this year but i feel this so hard!!! the main thing getting me through the anxiety of turning 30 is watching others turn 30 and start finding themselves and the path they want to be on. i try to remind myself that everyone is on their own timeline, and that the 20s are for exploring yourself and learning what you want or don't want. keep questioning yourself in these ways, it's important for growth. 🖤

One thing I tell people that are worried about aging is imagine if you were a child with a rare disease when you were born. You may not make it past one day or two. Be grateful you have made it this far and are as beautiful inside as you are outside. You will only be as old as you feel.
