Tea, every time. I love bog-standard 'builders' Tea, which has to be 'strong enough to stand a spoon in', but I'm also very fond of Earl Grey, Assam, Darjeeling, and Chai, which is black tea blended with various spices - Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Black Pepper. Awesome stuff.
