Thank you @rambo and @missy for such a fun blog homework!

I think I have enough embarrassing memories to write for years, as I was such a clumsy kid.

A favourite memory and one of my families favourite jokes is that up until I was about 10 years old, I used to:

  1. 1. Get toilet paper
  2. 2. Wet the toilet paper and scrunch it up...

What does it actually mean to be an “adult”? I think that every single person will interpret this differently. I used to think that one day you’d just wake up and know, but it’s never that easy.

When you’re a child, there are all these guidelines laid out almost faultlessly for you, milestones when you’re ‘supposed’ to achieve certain things i.e. Learning to walk, Learning...

@dansiego3 I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your dad and I'm sure he'd be very proud of the adult you became!

Thx @akiramai.  It was many years ago now, and harder times emotionally befell me later, as i lost my mom five years later.  Cancer sucks but it does allow you some warning.  I spent good times with both my mom and my dad before they died.  I miss them but i've lived without them longer than i was with them at this point.

Hello lovelies!

As always behind on the blog homework, tonight I thought it would be fun to write about something a little more light hearted - travel!

I’m currently working my butt off to save up for..

JAPAN

Ever since I was a little girl this country has always fascinated me, and if you can’t tell by my tattoos, I’m a HUGE studio ghibli fan.

Hello everyone! I have finally got the time to sit down and write another blog homework!

I’m sorry for always choosing heavy topics to chat about but if i’m going to write about something it will usually always be something that matters!

The biggest lie I’ve ever told is a lie that I think a lot of people tell daily, myself included. Although I have...

I love your writing, even if it's always "heavy". It's just so raw and articulate! We're on the same wavelength girl. The first thing that came to mind when reading this blog homework was "I'm fine." The amount of times I've said that to friends and family just to avoid speaking out...

I'm OK, doing just fine <3

Sorry for bringing the mood down a notch tonight but I had an intense urge to write!

When I was younger I truly believed I was an alien soul in a human body. Of course, I knew my body was human in nature, but I never felt quite human in spirit or mind. I never quite felt like I belonged on this planet. I felt...

Hello petals!

Here we are again with another blog homework, thank you @missy and @rambo for always coming up with interesting topics to talk about!

For this one I decided to talk about a particularly creepy experience I had with an "admirer", if you'd call it that.

I was about 17 at the time, and @milafox messaged me and informed me that someone went back...

That is intense, but you handled that extremely well. It could have gone far worse, had you not been both so understanding and so insistent. Well done.

Wow! You just don't realise how open to this kind of thing you become through just using social media!

I constantly struggle trying to navigate this unsure terrain between my heart and my mind. I go through unforgiving urges to put pen to paper and write for miles, until my wrist gives way.
I either want to switch off and return to my habitual conformity, or be too loud, too persistent, too passionate and too insolently inquisitive, too me.
The journey to self-love is...

I want to say the things that will make it all better but I don't know how to. I want to show you how amazing you truly are. You can always stand on my shoulders to reach the peaks. Being "too" much of something is only putting more trust on a strangers opinion of you than it deserves. It's ok to be loud, to be emotional, to be quiet, because it makes you who you are and please don't lose sight of that <3

Blog time!

This is an interesting one and theres a few different quotes in other languages that stand out to me!

One of them being that in French, "I miss you" translates to "tu me manques", which is closer to "you are missing from me" I think this is a super sweet example of actually missing someone when they mean a lot to you. When...

Hey guys!

I thought id back track through some of the blog homework as I've been a little slack lately! Thank you @missy and @rambo for always posting such interesting topics to chat about!

I'm such a hopeless romantic. I like to think I am very much a realist in other aspects of my life but when it comes to romance, I'm just an absolute...

Hey lovely people!

It's been a little while since I've done a blog homework as I'm still saving up to get my laptop fixed (Yes it's been like 6+ months but I've been managing just fine with my iPhone until my storage gets too full and it starts playing up, making it impossible to write a blog post without it crashing every 5 minutes! -...
