It's funny to think that while many of us are eating breakfast, others on this site could be eating lunch or dinner because of the time differences in all the countries!

I've had so many favourite breakfast meals, but since adapting to a vegan diet I'd have to say vegan pancakes are a real treat! (Although I haven't yet attempted to make them myself!)

Great blog. Lovely to get to know you better. I had 3 chances to move to Australia. Once to Tasmania for work but it fell through and to Adelaide a and Melbourne to try and play hockey.  Both fell through as well
