Yoga is soooo amazing. If you want to speed up your core strengthening, add some pilates classes as well.
I always say that the only weights you ever need to lift, you carry with you all of the time.

Yeah that is the problem with gymnasts, their careers are pretty much over by the time they turn legal so you won't find many adult gymnasts...
That's what I always thought until I noticed the distinction between gymansts (bar, vault, uneven bars, tubmbling etc.) and the rhythmic gymnasts (the balls and ropes etc.). The former all tend to be prepubescent girls who are around 5' high. The latter seem to be the gymnasts that have actually gone through puberty. Mmm.

Today has been pretty uneventful. I got some cleaning done while blasting music. Nothing is on TV so I watched last nights session of Snooker and watched some gymnastics.
