I think it would be nice for models to update viewers how they wish different (rude) viewers to be handled. Do they want other members to just ignore them? Are they okay with members calling out other members? Is it okay to report persistently offensive members? Each model is different …
So I wanna do a series of shoots with different models, both male/female, but some sets in the series will have nudity, what's the best way to approach someone on the subject without it coming out wrong??
I've actually heard bad things about model mayhem site? Does anyone here use it?
I have been there for a long time. I have not had a bad experience. But I consider myself lucky for it. As "professional" as Model Mayhem want to appear, the fact is, that it is open to the public with no real oversite, and no accountability.
Yes, there are true professional that you have head of on there. But the vast majority are new models and new photographers. Or part timers. You do have to do a bit of homework on people if it is anything more than a shoot for fun. MM is not an agency, so if the model changes her mind and simply does not show up there is no one to complain to. It is lost time and effort with no recourse.
Pay attention to their portfolio. That will be the biggest clue to how serious they take it. How often were the images posted? How long since the last one was posted? Did they all go up in one day 3 years ago? Or are they a steady stream and most of them recent?
Just use common sense when selecting people and you will be fine for the most part.
Heyo! I guess I wrote such a long thing that Now I have to type in this small google docs window looking thing. It's bringing back horrible flash backs of having to write insanely long, boring essays for school. Well ANYWAYS, I guess it took some time but I checked out several models on this site and I'm very impressed with this site. Ranging from...

I’m writing my first little blog post on the not so flattering treatment of models on streams here. We have all been hearing the phrase “if you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say it at all.” Plot twist- that applies on this site as well. As fans we signed up for the models, the models did not sign up for us primarily....

Recently a model who I would argue was a vanilla model rather than an alternative model won the set of the day. For me this opens up an interesting philosophical debate. Some people would argue that there are lots of other places were a vanilla model can enjoy sucess and SuicideGirls should remain one venue where alternative models who would be rejected by those vanilla...

Honestly I leave it up to the member, there’s never anything wrong with standing up for a model in my opinion! I usually block without saying anything if it’s rude or foul in any way shape or form.
I think rules must be clear always, and the basic terms of the site should be respected. A model should NOT ask for tips in exchange for favors or nudity. That is not accepted by the terms of this website. However, I see many models blatantly asking for tips for nudity. When this happens, and if she get tipped, it's expected that the model keep up with the promise. I'm not telling names, but Yesterday a model asked for tips for panties off. I tipped twice, and other users tipped too. She didn't take off the panties. She blocked me after I sent a message expressing my disappointment. Many models know me and know I never ask anything without tipping, and sometimes I tip for no reason at all.
