Seems normal to me. I'm constantly up till 3am. Now if you are just getting up at 3am, I can see where that would suck.

Life long night owl, 3am nice and distraction free. Sunrise time for sleep. If trying to conform to day walker cycles, either buy into being up near sunrise or find work that let's you be awake at 3am.
