My back, I had a 3 level fusion done last year and because its been increasing on pain lately they decided to do a test and since the test I've occasionally had shooting pains down my left leg... Well today has been the worst day yet!!!

My Bff and I are on a weight loss journey together. It's wonderful that we can be happy and supportive of each other. Our weights are so different, so there is no competition. We weighed in yesterday. She finally hit 199, it's been years since she's been under 200 so we were super happy to see that wonderful number 1. I didn't have much luck...

Sorry to hear that. I hate those days, those hours. It's why I am on meds. Those days are less frequent, less intense now, but they are still hard.

I am so happy! My fave tee-a-day site teefury.com is having a grab bag today! Last time they were sold out of my size before I got home from work. This time, my size and my BFs size are the only ones left. I got 4 for me and 3 for him. I hope I get a Doctor Who shirt this time *fingers crossed*
