She's slipping.. I need to see her more often. I had to call my dad in Canada to tell him that he should come visit her.
Her mind is still sharp, but her body is failing. Thats my grandmother. The matriarch of our family. If she could stay healthy using sheer will, she would. She gave me, my mother and sister updates on my cousins and uncles and aunts that we don't see as often. She asked me if I still cooked, Zen how her boyfriend was, and my mom how the garden was looking. But she didn't know what month it was. She says things like "Its no fun going deaf.." while she asks us to repeat ourselves 3 or 4 times, or just admits that she can't pick up what we're saying. And her heart..
