Totally true !!

I see it as a subtle kind of "body-shaming" and mildly abusive. After all, don't we want Hopefuls to come out of the "closet"? I do. Anything beyond what make-up can do, when applied in moderation, seems to defeat the ideal of "natural beauty" of form and contour. Furthermore, a scar doesn't make a person any less lovable -- it makes the person more lovable, if anything, because of the courage it symbolizes. (e.g. a mastectomy scar) Such inner attributes are where the truest beauty originates. Since this is for "adults only," maybe it'd improve if we all "grew up." :)
