So why join SG?

I first discovered the site years ago. I'm not sure how long ago, or how I found it, but found it, I did. I know that I did have my first tattoo and piercings at the time. The girls were hot, no doubting that, and I was drawn to the site. But for some reason, I didn't stick. Probably a jealous girlfriend or lack of free time, dunno.

Time passed and things which should not have been forgotten were lost.

Then, three years ago I found podcasts, and free, serialised audio fiction. I found Heaven, a novella by Mur Lafferty. I started to follow Mur's works, when she suddenly starts writing for SG. That was my first reminder.

The second reminder was JC Hutchins. Another podcast author, and his "friend" PixelVixen707.

So, with those kicks in the head, I managed to sort myself out and sub up.

Not so much a "why", more of a "how". The "why" is obvious, surely?
