then through the woods the swamp the eels and bugs and snakes
ultimately to my 21st birthday bash with a family band singing about 1994, bringing boxes of Disney Beer

good wholesome family fun

and then there was a cricket on a crucifix, still alive, dusted with codeine
my boxer gertie licked it and started acting funny
I killed the cricket and smashed it's wings into the back of my coat
and licked the rest of the codeine off the cross... you know, just for... good measure...
