This has been an awesome week. To top it off, I woke up just before the sun began its ascent above the horizon, so I got to watch the full sunrise. I love that! 
Two pieces of super awesome happy news...
1) I have a home! Yayay! Isn't my new house adorable?
We have sunflowers in the backyard! I love them, especially because they're taller than me!
AND we have an organ room! I'm not kidding, a few of the people already living there were walking down the street and saw two organs out on the sidewalk. So they ask the guy if they're free, or if now how much, and the guy says, "Hmm... $5 each and a joint?" So they gave him five bucks and carted one home, rolled a j, and went back for the second and to complete the exchange! So now we have this:
Pretty neat, don't you think? I can't wait to play with all those buttons!
2) I have an iPhone! Finally! Months of waiting for my old contract to expire... and now I have my very own 3GS. Super sweet! I think I went a little crazy downloading apps yesterday... but they were all FREE apps, so I don't feel so bad! (Umm, except for that text from the wireless company this morning warning me about using up my data allowance... maybe I should upgrade my plan.)
Other than that, I'm job-hunting and enjoying all the awesome season premieres of my favourite shows - Criminal Minds, CSI (Vegas, that is)... see a pattern here?
Yup, I'm all about crime shows!
I'm just really happy and carefree right now. Great things are happening in my life, great things are happening in the lives of my dear friends, so what more could I want?
...new shoes, actually, because these flip-flops are starting to be a pain in the ass! Yes, Rambo, the SAME flip-flops I wore all summer long. but I *had* to keep them and arrive in BC with them on, because they're the very pair that I wore when I was last in Victoria, before now, in May 2007! So it's all symbolic and stuff. I'm odd like that.
