Ladies, Ladies, Ladies, and gentlemen. I need your help. I have a friend, the girl, who is a photographer. My question is this. How much do you pay for a shoot? Or how much do you pay the photographer? She is really really good and I think she under charges. Any info would help. Thanks

Well staff on here are around $300 a shoot, I don't charge to work with girls on this site at all. But my Glam and Pinup Portraits run at $100 for a sitting fee then $150 for all the images edited on disk or they can purchase print packages for cheaper smile

My shoots start at $300 for the shoot plus edited images, I provide a CD and let them print their own. Everyone charges differently. Try basing it on the number of hours invested in the project, from the preparation to the shoot, to the editing afterwards, at $25/hr, and see what that adds up to. I charge $100/hr for the actual photoshoot (time in the studio, with a minimum 2 or 3 hr charge, unless it's a simple head shot), and then the editing is included in that price.

obviously, I don't charge for the Zivity shoots. Those are just done for fun.
