I sky+'ed wright stuff cos I was at playgroup so I'll watch it after this. One of my friends had her little girl exactly the same time as me. Unfortunatly, hers is so overweight she can't crawl yet. I don't know if its a nature v nurture thing but its worring to see the size of her little girl. I think exercise and activity are the keys to children growing up with a sensible body weight. If I eat 3000cals of crisps (we'll forget the nutrition aspect for a mo) and do 3000cals of exercise then basic body accounting (should) mean I maintain. Its a lightweight example. I think if my girls do enough exercise/activty and eat relitivly sensibly and don't get caught up in the media body image crap... they'll be ok.

Well had a pretty cool weekend, went clothes shopping in leicester, didnt get everything i wanted, but got some cool combats. I wanted some jeans but every style is so damn tight on my legs even the loose fit ones,WTF what happened to baggy jeans?

we had 1 cold night with frost. but the day before that and the day after that were 80 degrees - which means it's hot to me. i keep saying where is the cold weather it's mid november already!
