I've noticed a lot of new followers here so I thought I'd introduce myself.

My name is Amy Yiro, I'm from a coastal city in the southeast region of Brazil. I discovered SuicideGirls around 2008, when I was waaay too young to be snooping around these areas, and I knew right then and there that I wanted to be just like those girls (and also that I'm a little gay). But I thought it was a US & Europe thing until a few years later, when I found out through @jacqueline that there were Brazilian SuicideGirls too! When I hit 18 I started doing my own research on how to join in, but I was met with some shady photographers, was mislead and deceived a few times, so I decided I was way too young to be making big decisions like being naked on the internet, I should wait and see.

So I started working as an English teacher, went to college and graduated in Advertising and became a graphic designer. At 25 I finally decided I should start doing what I've always wanted to do or regret it forever, so I kicked that door wide open and here I am, with a brand new photoset that I'm so proud of, shot by my talented long time friend @Thimeow, and with another one on the way.

And I have so many things planned for this year! I really want to get into cosplaying and hopefully shoot a lot of movie/videogame-themed photosets. Maybe start photographing too? I have so many ideas in mind. But I need to get the hang of the whole alt-modeling thing first.

I'm really happy to be here with you. I just got here and already met so many great people, I can only imagine how sweet this year is gonna be 🤍
