I've had the shittiest day in a loooong time today.
First, I take a tram to work and as rare as it happens, today not one, but two drivers parked their cars in such a way, that the tram couldn't pass through, so the tram had to wait until they miraculously reappear I came late to work.

When I got home today, my dog ( Belgian Sheppard) was sitting on the floor trying to look as small access innocent as he could. Three reason was because he had broken a plate I had left in the sink when he lifted it out to clean it for me( his rational I'm guessing.) I'm just impressed he was able to get it out of the sink without breaking the two glass that were on top of it. so he got a treat for ingenuity hope your evening goes better
Today's not a good day. First, I got up early to go to the doctor, who treated my wrist and prescribed me some cream. I picked that up, went home. Had avocado with yogurt, which is not as good as with milk.

Sushi and the new Paramore album are making me pretty damn happy right now.
I wholeheartedly support regular exercise and healthily habits - from a blanket in a park, with a drink in my hand. I'm dreading the moment when I'll have to start doing it myself, and I can only hope that I'll be as determined as you are.
So 'The Host' was shit? Thought so. I've read the book, but I remember it as average, nothing special. Was it kind of unfinished, or am I confusing it with some other novel?
