yeahexactly

so im back from hawaii
the trip was just what i needed.
to just step back from my problems and just relax.
and live.
its nice to get a new perspective on things.
katy is not cheating on me it must have just been stress getting to me.
i was loseing my mind before the trip.
but even all the stress that came from the trip it was great.
i spent 4 days on oahu on wakkiki beach and then 7 days on maui in kaanapauli
i loved it and its just cemented that i need to move because location really does help with my mood.
my depression washed away in the sun. it was nice.
unfortunatly flying back i felt it come in like a crashing wave.
im going to try my best to keep it at bay.
ive been doing a lot of reading lately and i want to get back into martial arts and back into my spirit again.
i hvt been meditating like i used to and i really need to get back into the habit if i want to become the person i want to be.
life is beautiful.
ps so am i. i am so fucking tan.
im super hott.
