So...this has been an interesting week in the world of texts....I found out that my friend Wilkie is pretty into me, and apparently has been for a while. But he's 6 yrs older, and I was like 19 when we first met, so that was a no-go for him. And then a while later, he finds out that I'm going out with Alex! Haha! YA SNOOZE YA LOSE! But then there's that whole saying, "Things happen for a reason." Which in this case is very true. I don't believe things would've worked with him back then.
I'm still young, and totally in single mode right now, so I am a little bit urked by him approaching me now. But I told him up front that I need/want to be single for a while, cuz I haven't been since I was 18. I'm just about 22 now....yea...I need my freedom to do whatever the fuck I want, when I want!!!
I'm still in total shock that Wilkie's into me. Seriously....I didn't ever think he'd go for me in a million years! I never even entertained the thought of him liking me, so when he said "You couldn't tell? I thought I had like a banner on my chest..." blah blah blah..yea, he thought he was being obvious with showing that he was into me. Meanwhile, me never thinking that would happen, I just thought he was being his crazy, larger than life personality kinda guy! haha
*sigh*
Last night was good...met up with Wilkie and Frank, and their friends at a bar. I brought Natasha with me and she and Frank hit it off immediately. I'm thrilled about that, cuz she really needed some attention. haha But when I talk to her later, I hafta coach her a bit on being cool and not too eager and such. She's not that experienced, and w/e experience she does have, it with assholes who aren't real human beings....They screwed with her head and have made her a bit afraid I suppose. After the bar she and I went to their apartment (they're roomies!) and hung out....but we pretty much went to each bedroom *wink*wink* haha naaahh Wilkie and I just made out. I told him earlier that I do like him, but I don't want anyone getting hurt, so we need to chill and take things super slow. I have no idea what Natasha did, but whatever it was, we ended up crashing there...I had already fallen asleep when Natasha texted me "I'm sleeping here". I saw it at like 6am when my mom called me to yell at me about not letting her know what I was up to. oops. Natasha is actually still there. I was her ride, but now I guess Frank will take her home! lol
Going to see Clash of the TItans with Wilkie tonight! I'm super excited to see that movie, even though it won't be as good as the original in 1981.
