I was thinking that aria from "La Wally" used in the film Diva, and while I totally love St Mathews' Passion and Delibes Lakme, I think i'd go with Das Lied von Erde, then Bhaja Govindam as sung by M.S. yeah everything is made with milk, almost every vegetarian option base in a restaurant is with milk. I am a vegetarian but I am lactose so I know your pain. I have been thinking about going vegan but I wouldn't be able to eat anything fast and that I can't handle right now.
