I had eye twitching also for about a week about two months ago. So weird and annoying! It was a stress thing for me too. I was having major problems turning in a school assignment and was late and supposed to be training for a competition that I didn't have time for. Stress sucks! Hope it got better for you as you relaxed :)

Just got home from having 2 wisdom teeth removed. I can't feel anything, because the effects of the anaesthetics haven't passed yet and he left side of my face is all swollen -______-
But at least I get to eat lots of ice cream /o/
