I am going right back on the Seroquel, the drug that made me gain so much weight. The only reason why I lost the weight was because I wasn't on it anymore. I have no idea what kind of (and how much) exercise will combat the side effects. I'm sad. Any advice would be appreciated.

I was on Seroquel for 6 months and all it did was make me a zombie. I was awake maybe 5 or 6 hrs a day and that was just so I could go to school. I had tried getting my medication switched since everything the pyschologist said to do didn't work for me but she refused to switch because she didn't want to start my progress all over again.

Is there anything else at all that you can take? I hope you can figure something out <3

I don't have a home per se. I stay where ever I wash up in the morning. I bring resentment to my bed and anger into the kitchen. I don't have a home per se. I can't drop anchor where there is no welcome. My shelter is always cold from longing, hot from resistance. My bones can never truly rest.

Nothing much going on. Got my nipples pierced two days ago. I was told by various people that it wouldn't hurt much. LIES!!!!

I also saw Killer Elite yesterday. Good movie. I don't think that movie had any down time at all.

I bought Dance Dance Revolution. I do exercise by tricking myself into thinking I am doing something fun.
