Well duh it hurts, you skipped gauges, goofy.
Next time, don't skip gauges, try it in a hot shower after you've rinsed the conditioner out of your hair (it makes things slippery), use a taper that is at least 3 inches long, and use lube if you need it!
Stretching shouldn't hurt. A slight stinging/pinching sensation is allowed, but if it hurts, you need to give your body more time before trying to stretch again!
