Huh...well, finals are over. all A's and B's. i don't mean to brag, but that's what i was expecting. and what do i get as my reward for keeping my grades up? No summer vaca, that's what. the week after finals, and i'm back in school. i'll be here til the end of june, then i'm going to ohio to see my family.
on another note, i talked with my insurance carrier regarding the imminent litigation because of a wreck which I was responsible for (bullshit!!). turns out, the couple who might sue, only want $15,000 and my carrier doesnt want to pay b/c many of the diagnostics and examinations the women claims to need compensation for were unnecessary and completely unrelated to the accident. they're probably pissed off b/c their car was totalled out for $500. we oughtta go to court, just so my insurance issue lawyer can squash them and make them pay for hiring a lawyer. i hate liars. that is my biggest peeve.
and finally, the job hunt is still ongoing. i've kinda landed a job at another rental car company. the exact same line of work i just left and was trying to avoid, but since i've had experience with two of the largest chains, other companies see that as an exploitable asset. i'm trying to get into warehouse or delivery service (i.e. pepsi, coca-cola, UPS, USPS, aeroground, etc.) not only b/c they pay well with good benefits, but also b/c i enjoy the physicallity of it. when you work there, at the end of the day, you know you've had a good days work. anyway, i'm gonna keep on trucking and doing whatever it takes to pay the bills and git mah edja-ma-cation. Yee-Haw!!
