Well it is good that you're investing your emotions into your training and using it to your advantage. I'm sorry things are still rubbish, but it is good that you're managing to gain something positive from it. Not sure if you're a particularly arty person, but you might find doing something creative helps too. When I was going through a really crappy period, I wrote a lot of music and did loads of photography. Producing something from the negativity is strangely cathartic.
