Went back to the gym yesterday for the first time in ages because I really need to get my ass in gear for Mexico in June. Today omg!!! Iam walking like John Wayne (which is not a good look nowadays) iv never felt pain like it! My bum cheeks and my quads are crippling, I'd rather have a tattoo on the ribs again. i can't even lift my legs up. I also have a feeling that tomorrow is going to be worse aswell , has anybody else over done it? And how long will the pain last before my body gets use to it ? Xx
