Life is about gain and loss.

Gain.

Lose.

Heartless.

Cold.

it's by choice, i'm not straight edge. and you can back up your reply any time you want. doesn't mean i agree with you by any means. and by leaving a comment, it leads me to believe no matter what you said after a gender verification that it did make you rethink your reply.

I wouldnt go as far as to say i am on my moral high horse. Lets not get mean here. I simply believe that the monster is a creation of the world he was introduced too, and that world was cruel towards him. Like how you said we can go on and on about what Dr. F should have done, we can go on and on about what his monster should have done as well. Though, the good Dr. did have a much more extensive education and a proper upbringing in human society. So I hope i didnt rub you the wrong way (no pun intended), but the monster def. got most of my sympathies, literature is meant to create conflicts and various opinions so in the end to each his own. I only felt badly for his actual victims, not for the Doc.
I gotta talk to ShadowCast about what party we are going too. I have no $$$ so i cant go to FL, but we are def. planning on seeing a show in the city, perhaps u can light a fire under his but!

lucylynne:
Ok. here is my arguement:
Frankenstein was playing god when he made his monster. He didnt think out the consequences of his actions and when he finally completed his experiment what does he do? He abandons his creation and leaves it to fend for himself. Why should his creation suffer for his stupidity and fear of the unknown? Not to mention the fact that the monster had a big heart and only wished for a little kindness to be shown towards him, which humans refused to give him and even his own creator showed how much he hated him. He was an unfortunate outcast who chose violence when he had no where else to turn. People believed him a monster therefore he acted like one eventually. In psychology they call that the looking glass self. Dr. Frankenstein should have at least attempted to see what kind of person he made, instead of judging him by appearance (appearance which he himself created) and taking him for a demon! OK. there's part of my argument. hehehee
PS> u going to the WMC??

I don't use the word "brilliant" lightly, but people from the U.K. do. Have you ever seen that animated TV commercial- I forget what it's for- but it has these two blokes, one with a big bushy mustache, talking about coming up with the recipe or something for this product, So one guys starts talking, and the mustache guy screams BRILLIANT! Then the guy starts...

my digital camera is a Canon powershot A85 - i like it becuase it has all the manual features my Canon rebel 2000 has. i can leave the shutter open, play with apature etc... its nice. when i do my dj sets (when i am not using turntables) - i use a simple program - sound forge 5.0 and Acid Pro 3.0. its all i need for doing sets, or even messing around with my original tracks.
