I survived East Coast Camping Trip 2006. I have a good number of bites (of the bug variety, pervs) and am emotionally and physically tired, but I'm still in one piece.
Some highlights:
-Thank you to minimalism and derceto for putting the whole thing together. The dinner buffet was tasty. I especially enjoyed getting my food before everyone else (which was a good thing, because I was drunk and quite hungry).
-texappeal and I had the best tent neighbors ever: Gadget and pinch. They both rocked hardcore. No wonder they're 2 of my favorite people.
-Will_Trinity spent a lot of time in our tent 'hood, and I'm grateful for that. He's become a close friend, which is awesome considering how we originally met. LOL. Hey Will, are you wearing your glasses today? WE SHOULD MAKE OUT.
-aragorn97 blows my mind with his utter pimposity. Anyone with a travel pimp stick kicks ass in my book. You are truly pimptastic, my friend...even when your ass is being ridiculously loud.
-Hello there, new friend Willow! I'm so glad that I met you. You rock! I know you would've had my back if we'd needed to smack down the hovering people.
-Rafting rocked. I did more river swimming than actual paddling, and that was a good time.
-And last, but certainly not least, everything is better with texappeal around.
