i hate traffic. i think it's generally the worst part of my day, every day.
i'm thinking that if you're drinking regularly, just stopping the drinking may help some. it IS a depressant, and if it's typically pumping in your blood more often than not,... no bueno!
and regarding that fantasy, i have this massage oil that is scented and heats up with friction... might be more fun than crisco

This is one of the worst days recently. I bombed my mid-term, big time. I had an argument with the ex-wife and a misunderstanding with a friend. Then I take it out on another. I am a dick!
