so i fucked up my hand good! me and wolfe were in the elevator, and the doors open to the lobby, our destination, and then they close right away. so i put my arms in the way so it will open again. well, aparently this is one of those old elevators which doesn't have a safety aparratus on the door, so my hand was crushed in the door. it was there for a minute and wolfe is freaking out and i am trying to keep him away and to try to get my hand out at the same time. i was sure that it was broken. it felt like a 300 pound person stomping on your hand with heels then holding it there. the elevator finally started to move and went down a floor, where the doors then again opened letting my now crushed hand out. i couldn't feel the whole left side of my hand, but it wasn't gonna bruise and it didn't look broken. me and joe later determined i must have some kind of super power because it was something out of a comic, and my hand was not broken! the outcome of all of this is that i think i severed a nerve in my hand and now i no longer have feeling in my pinky. on the up side, i can now hold a lighter under it and it does not hurt!
