Over that damn cold, finally. so no I can get back to business (whatever that is).
I've been playing with XUL lately (THERE IS ONLY ZOOL) - what bliss!
I like that you can build UI's without worrying too much about nudging bits pixel by pixel; trying to get them to align properly.
I'm thinking about playing with something to compile XUL into VB/VBA forms modules. That way I can design the overall picture of things without getting down to the nitty-gritty. Perhaps using XSLT.
I'm still a newbie at this stuff, but it'll be fun learning!
In other news, someone finally found that anime I've been looking for since 1999's Otakon. It's "Mamotte Shugogetten". It's got a hilarious scene in it in which one of the characters (who can make animate inanimate objects), summons Mount Fuji and a gymnasium, with expected results.
