I've just booked my very first pole class!

It's so so exciting because I've been wanting to for over a decade but I've been too scared.

I do have arthritis in my whole body so I'm very nervous and scared I will be very disappointed if I find out I can't do it.

This one is for all of my fellow pole dancers- are there any of you that are dancing with injuries or disabilities and how is that working out for you?
