AAfter a long week of work I finally get some days off. Insomnia and a full time job really don't go well together. I ask my you my friends, should I pursue the life of sanity and little sleep or insanity and better sleep? I ask this because I recently found out my depression meds are a huge factor in my sleep deprived life. Huge dilemma. ... All info is appreciated

I agree with Grady! See if they can play with your meds. I've suffered from depression for years and I know that lack of sleep (which seems to go hand in hand with depression) only makes things worse. I start getting panic attacks and just crying for no reason when I can't sleep.
