So I've been thinking that I really need to blog here more often. I had an idea to post all sorts of info about myself, but as I thought about what I would write, I realized it would be very long and probably no one would read it. So I decided to post a little bit and stretch it out for a few days.

I've also been wanting to take a new profile pic of myself. The one I have is kind of old, possibly 10 years old or so. I can't remember when I took it, but I know it was before I met my wife and that means it's at least about 8 years old. So here is a pic I took just now...

I just recently decided to grow a beard. I've always had hair on my chin, a half goatee I guess you could call it. But about a month ago I just got lazy, and it was cold, and I didn't feel like shaving so I let it grow. I figured it would get itchy or bother me and I would shave it, but it's been ok. And my wife doesn't completely hate it, so it's been hanging around.

So there you go, new pic. I think I'll still keep the old one up though. Mostly because I couldn't get this one to switch to black and white in ms paint. That's one thing I liked about the old pic. I think I have so photo editing software that came with my camera so maybe I'll mess around with it and see what I can do.

So, that's probably enough for now, look for more updates soon. I'll let you know more about me and my life with my wife (Jen), kids (Jack and Riley), dogs (Rufus and Bella), things I like, things I don't, what I'm up to, etc.

Maybe I can take a less scary pic, lol. Oh, one other thing I thought about doing is to list a couple of people I follow on here and tell you why I like them or decided to follow them. Could be interesting if you are that person and probably don't know me and wonder why I followed you. Chances are I'll list 5 SG's and the answer for all will be "I thought she was really hot". I'll try to be a bit more in depth than that ;)
