I think its rediculious that they require someone with medical background to have that group. First hand experience is the best way to truly understand and be able to relate with the people you are trying to help. And that way they always feel more comfortable speaking with you. A lot of people who run abuse/trauma groups have no medical experience either, just personal experience. You would have made a great group owner, and I'm sorry to hear that they turned it down.
I dont know, I havnt really looked into it. Theres only one other place that I trust to tattoo me, and they were closed yesterday. I know a girl who works there so Im going to talk to her about it.

i read somewhere that the amount of insulin your body produces affects the amount of weight one loses... i can't remember what it said but...some people lose more weight on a low fat diet and others lose more on a low carb diet.
for me....i just need to cut out the junkfoods and exercise...it's really hard though..especially when you are busy and tired.
