nothing like work to keep stressing you out. then the pure enjoyment and fun of dealing with verizon. they have to be the worst company i have ever delt with. they make me want to kill people. i am pissed that they are my telephone provider. i wish there were more alternatives available for us humans. everything is run by huge companies. i love ma & pa places. instead of a number you become a human again. the pursuit of a profit isn't important anymore. it becomes the pursuit of quality service. honor and pride come into play. a large compay doesn't care about that. they are publicly traded institutions with shareholders to anwser to and they must show a gross profit no matter what the cost. if there was a ma & pa phone compant for LA i would give them my buisness.
