For the second week in a row my focus is on my problems dealing with some of the technical issues on SG.

Last week I stated that I couldn't use the inserts since I had my new computer installed. I want to thank those who gave me suggestions both on this page and through PMs as to how to fix the problem. I also wanted to post some pictures as an album. A good friend gave me instructions on how to do that, which I thank her for.

Unfortunately, my 'inserts' problem still exists, and I'm not understanding the instructions very well about posting the pics. Whether it's some kind of mental block or something else, I don't seem to be able to do things on the computer that are probably no-brainers to almost everyone else on SG.

The way I see it, I probably need someone to sit down at my computer and do what I need done. There are probably a few of my friends who would do that for me if only they lived in New York. I reached out to one particular member in New York City and asked for hands on help. I'm waiting for a reply. In the meantime, my frustration level is going through the roof.
