Life is good right now. I'm working again for the Post Office. Usually it's always been for temp, but this time I'm on probation to become a career employee. Kinda sucks it's 5 hours a day, 6 days a week, but I've had my fun for the last year and a half. Now it's time to make some dough and suck in those benefits.
Still I'm not going through work then retreat. I'm still going to shows. I went to one last Saturday with SANGRE AMADO, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE, ULYSSES SIREN and my friend's band HELLHUNTER at Balazo in the Mission. Also, this Saturday, gonna check out fan fest at AT&T and tell Brian Sabean he's a bum (no not really) Can't wait for baseball season to come. I don't care if it's a re-building season. I'm in this for the long haul and I've re-newed my season tickets. Later that evening, gonna check out VAIN at Fat City (booooo, in other words, The Pound pt. II)
Getting back to work, at least I have Saturday nights off and Sunday's also. Kinda sucks most of the good shows are during the weekdays. Gonna miss out on EXODUS, DEATH ANGEL/FORBIDDEN and SIOUXSIE.
On a last note, funny how everybody makes a big fuss over the misfortunes of the Niners, Raiders, A's and Giants. HELLO! Both the Warriors and Sharks are playing over .500. No longer the time killer between football season and baseball season, you have two teams that will make the playoffs. Heck, even Stanford is playing good hoops of late, but can't wait to hit Sunken Diamond.
