These pictures were taken back when I was but an SG Hopeful. I still really like them.
I took my kitty to the vet today. He is better! Hooray! ^___^ They stretched him out on a table and stuck a needle into his bladder to get a urine sample! It was gross and wierd, but he didn't seem to think it hurt or anything. His new vets are very nice ladies who gave him a tiny rabbit-fur mouse. He is currently chasing it all over the apartment, happy as you please, as if he hadn't been shanked ten minutes ago.
I ordered that bumper sticker I posted in my last journal entry. Plus three buttons. I didn't metion yet that I got two paychecks this week. One was my regular paycheck, the other was my Stakeholders check from my old store. (Because if your Walmart does enough business, you get a bonus at the end of the year. And since I worked there for four years and have only been gone for six months, I got one, too! Hooray!) That's three hundred extra dollars! So I took devilducky out to dinner and bought Kill Bill 1 and 2 (they were on sale for ten dollars a piece). Plus, I paid my bills and went to the gyno, and tonight, I'm going to the grocery store.
BY THE WAY, I went to the gyno. And I told her that I had to double up on my pills on Tuesday and that my heart was bugging me that day. And I should've kept my goddamn fool mouth shut, because now she won't give me a full year's prescription for pills until I bring her a NOTE from a cardiologist saying it's okay for me to be on birth control. FUCK. So she gave me a prescription for three cycles, and before that time is up, I have to see a cardiologist. Fuckity fuck fuck. So depending on how much that costs, I might have to blow a chunk of my tax return on a consultation with an overpriced heart-doctor. I'm pretty pissed off about that, considering I've already been taking them for six years. That's why my first gynocologist ordered the echocardiogram, for fuck's sake. GR.
I'm trying not to worry about it, though. Because today is a happy day. My kitty is better. ^___^ I was more nervous about taking him to the vet than I was about going to the gyno.

The part about the needle and bladder gave me (bad) goosebumps. *shudder*
