SOOOO...
I went in to see my tattoo artist today and he looked at my arm and said:
"It's still waxy. Let's do it next week."
DAMN! This means that it probably won't be finished by the convention. DAMN. That also means I will be there with a half-finished piece. Oh, well.
I could go ahead and do it next Thursday - I still might - but the idea of being surrounded by all sorts of people I don't know with a gaping wound on my arm AND having it wrapped in Saran wrap, well...it's not that appealing. It's unattractive and annoying besides. My managers thought I was trying to make some sort of fashion statement when I came to work wearing it last time. God, they're idiots. Yes. Saran wrap and duct tape. It is the look for fall. Didn't you hear?
I'm still tired today, but less than I have been lately. It must have been anemia after all.

and YES, stridex works. i hate sounding like a commercial, but there are very few products in the world i actually have faith in... stridex pads were a godsend.
