I was driving to my parents' today and the bugs were so heavy that it sounded like it was raining when they were smacking the windshield. Nasty with a capital NAST.
Anyway, I spent most of my time watching Star Trek today, which is a very fittingly geeky way to spend my day off. First, Star Trek: First Contact and then immediately after an episode of Next Generation.
I keep "meaning" to do things these days but never getting around to them. I've been putting off finishing the sewing job on a teddy bear that I owe someone at work as a Christmas present. Ugh, I'm lazy.
And summer is coming in full force here in WI, which means another three months of suffering through the heat when I go home to visit so that I can hide my tattoos from my mother. Gack.
Still no luck finding a new job.
