Yesterday I put in my resignation to the CEO of the company I work for. I can finally talk about the relocation at work *relieved sigh*. I find a lack of transparency distressing.
I got offered a position in Auckland which I have accepted. It is much more than I expected considering that the ground conditions and construction requirements are so different and I will have to spend months learning them. That's an advantage though since I've been expert enough in local conditions that I occasionally got mouthy at the project managers when I thought they were in...

So far my first couple of applications just seemed to disappear, but I blame that on having to reconstruct my CV after finding the old CV must have been on a "dead" hard drive plus not having a ready Cover Letter. This weekend I made two more applications and got call backs on Monday morning. I now feel much more confident about finally making the...

So one of my favourite shows of the last couple of years "Thunderbolt Fantasy" started its second season. "Thunderbolt Fantasy" is a fusion Taiwanese/Japanese show using puppets with a noted Japanese Fantasy Anime Writer. It is well written humourous and the puppetry is wonderful. The start of the second season is as great as the first season.

Yesterday I went into the CBD to collect comics, DVD's and Books. I remembered I needed some batteries so I stopped and browsed at an Officeworks. There was a new Device that I didn't know existed but feel is definitely useful if not needed, The double headed Flash Drive, USB on one side, micro-USB on the other. FYI :D

Found two new anime that I like quite a lot "Record of Grancrest War" and "Death March to Parallel World Rhapsody"

.... made it all the way through "Fringe". I have "Legion" to watch but that's merely a season and I caught the first 4 episodes of that on the flight to NZ. So what did I get upto this week other than watching Fringe or playing ESO? Nothing other than trying out a couple of early access games on steam. Oh, and buying multiple pairs...

So one of the things I got hooked on while in NZ was "Fringe". The entire series was in amongst the items I obtained when I returned, like the 10-15 other DVD's (inc. "Guardians"), the new coffee machine, 8 books etc. I have just managed to catch up with where I left off in NZ where I saw half of season 3. One unexpected issue...
